Cooking Instructions for 1 lb. of seafood or meat: Dissolve 2 tablespoons of seasoning into 1 cup of milk. Scald the 1 lb. of shrimp with 4 cups of boiling water.Heat the milk/seasoning mixture to a gentle boil, stirring all the time.Add shrimp, again bring to gentle boil and cook for 2-3 minutes. Serve hot and enjoy.
